At Beyond Ordinary Rings, every ring is individually handcrafted as orders are received. Because each piece is made by hand using natural materials and unique inlays, no two rings will ever be exactly alike.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be confident in your purchase.
Craftsmanship Warranty
Beyond Ordinary Rings provides a 60-Day Craftsmanship Warranty from the date your ring is delivered.
This warranty covers issues resulting from defects in materials or workmanship that affect the integrity of the ring under normal wear.
If you believe your ring has a craftsmanship-related issue, please contact us within the first 60 days of ownership. Photos of the issue may be requested to help us evaluate the concern.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and aging of materials
Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage from everyday use
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper care
Exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme environments
Changes in ring size due to weight gain or loss
Lost or stolen items
Damage resulting from modifications performed by anyone other than Beyond Ordinary Rings
Handmade Product Variations
Each ring is handcrafted using natural materials such as antler, wood, stone, opal, metal, sand, and other specialty inlays.
As a result, slight variations in color, pattern, texture, and material placement are normal and should be expected. These differences are part of what makes every Beyond Ordinary Ring unique.
Product photos are intended to represent the overall design and style of the ring, but your ring will have its own individual character.
If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will make it right.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
The ring must be unused and in its original condition.
The ring must be returned with all original packaging and included materials.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Because they are created specifically for you, the following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-designed rings
Personalized or engraved rings
Memorial rings containing ashes, hair, fabric, or other personal items
Rings containing customer-supplied materials
Clearance or special-order items
Ring Size Exchanges
We understand that sizing can sometimes be difficult.
If your ring does not fit properly, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss available options.
Many ring styles can be remade in a different size; however, certain materials and custom designs may not be eligible for resizing or exchange.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with size exchanges unless an error was made by Beyond Ordinary Rings.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each ring is made to order, materials and production often begin shortly after an order is placed.
Order cancellations or changes may be requested within 48 hours of purchase.
After that time, cancellation requests may be subject to material and labor costs already incurred.
Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation once design work or production has begun.
Turnaround Time
All rings are individually handcrafted as orders are received.
Production times vary depending on order volume, materials, and complexity. Most orders are completed within up to 6 weeks, though many are finished sooner.
If an unexpected delay occurs, we will communicate updates as quickly as possible.
